Returns are accepted.

We have a 5% restocking fee on refunds.

There are NO restocking fee on exchanges and customer must shoulder all shipping fees.

Any item being returned must be postmarked within three business days of when it was delivered to you. Your box will have a return form that you should complete and send along with your wig. On each item that is refunded, there is a 5% restocking fee.

As different monitors and screens display color differently, we are not liable for color differences. Your wig will be returned to you and you won't get a refund if it is not in the same state and original packaging as when it was sent. Your wig will not be eligible for exchange if the lace has been cut or the wig has been altered in any manner. Before trimming the lace, kindly make sure you are satisfied with your wig. The wig will not be accepted for return if it smells strongly of perfume, hair product, or smoke. Please return the wig in the same packaging you received it in. You do not have to return the wig caps included for trying on the wig.

In the extremely unlikely event that you suspect your wig has defects, please get in touch with us right away so we can make things right. If you believe the wig is damaged, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and ship the wig back to us for inspection. You won't be qualified for any assistance in this matter once 30 days have passed since the date of delivery.

Every order that is canceled will incur a 5% cost. This charge is intended to reimburse the credit card processing expenses we pay on each transaction but do not recoup when an order is canceled. 

Shipping Information

When you order a wig from the "Ready to Ship" section, we'll ship it to you within two business days during the week. We don't ship on the weekends. An email with the tracking information will be sent to you. We require an adult signature upon delivery due to theft of parcels left at the door. You have the option to waive the signature requirement, but if you do, the shipment will become your responsibility once the shipper has scanned it. The item that was stolen won't be replaced or refunded. If we ship the wig as promised, we are not liable if there are delays in the shipment dates specified by the carrier.


CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be mindful of the import limitations and allowances imposed by your country's customs. Customs import charges and fees are the customer's responsibilities because they are the importer. We are unable to cover these costs up front.
